Judgment delivered in lead cases over Eternit roofing sheets
| Source: FLSmidth A/S
The High Court found that the houseowners in the two lead cases are entitled to partial coverage of the loss they have suffered or will suffer because the roofing sheets have proved less durable than those houseowners in the Court's opinion had the right to expect.
DEF 1994 A/S is surprised at this outcome of the cases and the company will now consider together with its lawyers whether to appeal the judgments to the Supreme Court.
