DFDS A/S today held an extraordinary general meeting, where Søren Skou,
Partner, CEO for Mærsk Tankers and member of A. P. Moller - Maersk Group's
Executive Board was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors. This
entails an increase in the number of members elected by the general meeting
from six to seven. The Board of Directors, moreover, consists of three members
elected by the employees.
