Referring to previously published exchange notice of 21 September 2010 about
anticipated deletion of DanTruck A/S from trading and official listing on NASDAQ
OMX Copenhagen and to the published progress of the company's extraordinary
general meeting on 24 September 2010, it is hereby announced that DanTruck A/S
will be deleted from trading and official listing on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S
as per 27 September 2010. Thus, the last day of trading the company's shares on
NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen is today 24 September 2010.
