Intrum Justitia establishes structure for extended financing

Intrum Justitia is today publishing a prospectus (in Swedish) for Medium Term Notes (MTN), a program for the issue of bonds for a potential maximum total value of SEK 3 billion in the Swedish market. The arranger of the program is Swedbank, and is also issuing instituition together with  Nordea and SEB.

Intrum Justitia currently has a syndicated credit facility of SEK 4 billion. The facility allows an option for a further financing of SEK 2 billion. To be able to take advantage of opportunities to expand, primarily in the area of Purchased Debt, Intrum Justitia is working to develop more efficient forms of loan financing and the opportunity to issue bonds forms part of this development.
