downloaded as a pdf file, either through the link below or from

A printed copy can be ordered at the company website www.vitrolife.com. The
annual report will be sent out to Nordic shareholders who are new from last
year, and to remaining shareholders who have requested that the annual report
should be sent to them, during week 14.

Vitrolife is a global biotechnology/medical device Group that works with
developing, manufacturing and selling advanced products and systems for the
preparation, cultivation and storage of human cells, tissue and organs. The
company has business activities within three product areas: Fertility,
