Addtech AB - Change in the number of shares and votes

As earlier reported (press release 9 October 2008) the number of
shares and votes in Addtech AB have been changed during the month of
October due to cancellation of  900,000 repurchased class B shares.
The total number of shares in Addtech is 22,732,832, divided into
1,102,470 class A shares and 21,630,362 class B shares.

The total number of shares and the number of votes in Addtech AB are
shown in the table below:

Addtech's holding of shares in treasury after the cancellation
amounts to 689,500 class B shares, equivalent to 3.0 percent of the
total number of shares and 2.1 percent of the votes in Addtech. The
number of shares outstanding is now 22,043,332.
