The shares in Precomp Solutions AB were placed on the observation segment on
December 29th, 2008 after NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB was notified by the Company's
Certified Advisor that there was uncertainty regarding Precomp Solutions'
financial situation. On August 6th, 2009, Precomp Solutions successfully
concluded a reconstruction of the Company. The Company's Certified Adviser,
Remium Fondkommission AB, is of the opinion that the shares in the company are
to be transferred back to their ordinary position.
With reference to what is stated above, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided
that the shares in Precomp Solutions (ISIN code SE0002114330 and order book ID
42464) shall be transferred back to their ordinary position.
The shares will be transferred with effect from Tuesday, 25 th of August, 2009.
