Changes to Investor AB´s Management Group

Following today´s announced structural changes the management group of
Investor will consist of the following persons.
Börje Ekholm - President and Chief Executive Officer
Johan Forssell - Core Investments
Lennart Johansson - Financial Investments
Petra Hedengran - General Counsel, Corporate Governance and Compliance
Johan Bygge - Chief Financial Officer* and Operations Management
Stephen Campe will leave Investor's Management Group.
“Since joining Investor Growth Capital 13 years ago, Steve Campe has
established a very strong investment track record first as a leader of
our health care investment activities and most recently as global leader
of Investor Growth Capital. As Investor Growth Capital will become more
independent from Investor AB, Steve and I have concluded that it is in
the best interest of Investor Growth Capital that he focuses his full
attention on leading it through the next stage of its development. Steve
will therefore leave the management group of Investor AB in conjunction
with the completion of the new structure for Investor Growth Capital. I
am delighted to have Steve´s continued leadership of Investor Growth
Capital and I am confident in the future prospects of the business”,
says CEO Börje Ekholm. 
*  As communicated in a press release on November 30, 2010, Johan Bygge
will leave the position as Chief Financial Officer later in the year.
The new CFO, for which the recruitment process is being finalized, will
be focused on accounting, risk management, funding, financial planning
and reporting.
