Investors Sue Critical Path For Fraud


NEW YORK, Feb. 2, 2001 (PRIMEZONE) -- Investors in Critical Path, Inc. (Nasdaq:CPTH) have retained Shalov Stone & Bonner, a law firm that specializes in the representation of investors in securities litigation, to file a lawsuit after suffering devastating losses from the sudden and shocking disclosure earlier today that the Company's prior financial statements were misleading. The class action, expected to be filed later today, will include all investors who purchased CPTH securities at any time since November 2000. The lawsuit will be filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
