A Biotech/Healthcare Stocks Forum featuring five companies and two industry experts will be held in New York on March 23. The event is open to the public and will take place at the E*TRADE Financial New York Center at 540 Madison Avenue in New York City and online at www.informedinvestors.com. Mr. Hoffman is Co-Manager of the Welch Life Sciences Fund, which achieved a 423.03% return from May 2000-December 2001. He joined Welch Capital Partners, L.L.C. in 1999 as an Analyst specializing in the healthcare sector. He holds a BA in Finance and Economics from New York University's Stern School of Business where he received a Dean's Merit Scholarship and graduated with honors. Prior to joining Welch Capital, Mr. Hoffman worked as an analyst for Paramount Capital, a fund management company and merchant banking firm specializing in the healthcare sector.
