Dansk Eternit Holding sells its shareholding in Højslev Teglværk

Dansk Eternit Holding A/S (DEH), a company within the FLS Group's core business area FLS Building Materials, has sold its 50 per cent shareholding in Højslev Teglværk A/S to the tileworks family Piper, who hereafter will be the sole owner of the company. Højslev Teglværk, which has a leading position on the Scandinavian tileworks market, has an annual turnover of DKK 70m with a staff of about 35 employees. Since the beginning of the tile production in 1983, Højslev Teglværk has been owned in partnership between DEH and Piper.

The sale of the shareholding is part of the FLS Group's strategy to focus on and concentrate its resources on the Group's core competencies.

The sale of the shareholding in Højslev Teglværk will not affect EBIT, but positively affects this year's earnings before tax and shareholders' funds of the FLS Group.
