Ajanta Oy and Novator announce today a strategic partnership focusing
on investing and developing Amer Sports Corporation. Ajanta N.V., a
limited liability company registered in Belgium, sells 50% of its
existing forward contracts to Novator. As a result of this
transaction, the joint ownership increases to 25.17%. The intention
of this partnership is to introduce a strong owner in Amer Sports
Corporation with the objective of accelerating the growth and
transformation of the company.
Amer Sports will provide more details about the changes in ownership
when the company has received further information.
