AS Kalev Meedia expands to Russian-language entertainment press

AS Kalev subsidiary AS Kalev Meedia entered on 7 November 2008 into a contract
by which it acquired the celebrity and entertainment magazine Bravo.
Bravo, published once a week, was founded in 2007 and its circulation is 8000
copies. Bravo's target group is members of the Russian-speaking Estonian
community between 18-50 years of age.

AS Kalev Meedia director Alar Pink says that the acquisition of Bravo magazine
is a logical continuation
of reinforcement of AS Kalev Meedia's position on the magazine market.

“Estonia has many people who speak Russian as their mother tongue and thus it
is reasonable to gain a foothold in the Russian-language media as well. Bravo
is a high-quality entertainment weekly and forms a great pair with Just, which
we also publish,” says Pink.

The acquisition of Bravo magazine is not a transaction with related parties in
the sense of the Tallinn stock exchange rules.
