1. FIL Investments International
According to section 21 para. 1 WpHG we have been informed that on 10 May
2010 FIL Investments International, Hildenborough, United Kingdom, fell
below the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in TOM TAILOR Holding AG and
on this date amounted to 4.96%, corresponding to 819,300 voting rights.
All voting rights in TOM TAILOR Holding AG were attributed to FIL
Investments International pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL Investments International,
inter alia, from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3% or
more of the voting rights in TOM TAILOR Holding AG.
2. FIL Holdings Limited
According to section 21 para. 1 WpHG we have been informed that on 10 May
2010 FIL Holdings Limited, Hildenborough, United Kingdom, fell below the
threshold of 5% of the voting rights in TOM TAILOR Holding AG and on this
date amounted to 4.96%, corresponding to 819,300 voting rights.
All voting rights in TOM TAILOR Holding AG were attributed to FIL Holdings
Limited pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with
sent. 2 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL Holdings Limited,
inter alia, from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3% or
more of the voting rights in TOM TAILOR Holding AG.
3. FIL Investment Management Limited
According to section 21 para. 1 WpHG we have been informed that on 12 May
2010 FIL Investment Management Limited, Hildenborough, United Kingdom, fell
below the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in TOM TAILOR Holding AG and
on this date amounted to 4.94%, corresponding to 817,100 voting rights.
All voting rights in TOM TAILOR Holding AG were attributed to FIL
Investment Management Limited pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL
Investments Management Limited, inter alia, from Fidelity Funds SICAV,
being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting rights in TOM TAILOR
Holding AG.
4. FIL Limited
According to section 21 para. 1 WpHG we have been informed that on 12 May
2010 FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda, fell below the threshold of 5% of the
voting rights in TOM TAILOR Holding AG and on this date amounted to 4.94%,
corresponding to 817,100 voting rights.
Of this amount, 0.07% (10,800 voting rights) is to be attributed pursuant
to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG and
4.88% (806,300 voting rights) is to be attributed pursuant sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL Limited, inter
alia, from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of
the voting rights in TOM TAILOR Holding AG.
