Krones AG: Release according to Article 26, Section 1 of the WpHG (the
German Securities Trading Act) with the objective of Europe-wide
distribution

On April 06, 2011, Tweedy, Brown Company LLC, New York, USA has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Krones AG, Neutraubling, Deutschland, have fallen below the 5%
threshold of the Voting Rights on April 04, 2011 and on that day amounted
to 4,99% (this corresponds to 1578202 Voting Rights).
Voting Rights of the following shareholders, holding 3% or more each in
Krones AG are to be attributed to Tweedy, Brown Company LLC: Tweedy, Browne
Global Value Fund.
