The group of companies of AS Premia Foods (hereinafter Premia) included the Swedish subsidiaries Överumans Fisk AB and Skärgårdshavets Fisk AB. Both of the Swedish subsidiaries were fully owned by the Finnish company Heimon Kala Oy, which in turn is the 100% subsidiary of Premia.
On 4 April 2011, Överumans Fisk AB and Skärgårdshavets Fisk AB initiated the merger process by filing relevant application with the Swedish Company Registration Office. Today the merger proceedings were completed and Skärgårdshavets Fisk AB has been merged into Överumans Fisk AB. All rights, obligations and assets of Skärgårdshavets Fisk AB were fully transferred to Överumans Fisk AB and Skärgårdshavets Fisk AB is deemed to have been liquidated. Överumans Fisk AB, having assumed all operations of Skärgårdshavets Fisk AB will continue under the current business name - Överumans Fisk AB. The merger did not result in any changes as to shareholdings - Överumans Fisk AB is still 100% subsidiary of Heimon Kala Oy, which in turn is the 100% subsidiary of Premia.
