has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 15, 2011 and on
that day amounted to 3.4879% (this corresponds to 732464 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.0009%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 194 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 3.4870% of the Voting Rights
