that via shares its Voting Rights on CeWe Color Holding AG, Oldenburg,
Deutschland, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
August 24, 2011 and on that day amounted to 2.98% (this corresponds to
220000 Voting Rights).
