MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., April 16, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ChemoCentryx, Inc. (Nasdaq:CCXI) announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of an aggregate of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $12.00 per share. In addition, ChemoCentryx has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of its common stock on the same terms and conditions to cover over-allotments, if any. All shares of common stock to be sold in the offering will be offered by ChemoCentryx.
The offering is expected to close on April 22, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions.
