("Neos" or "the Company") today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,800,000 shares of common stock at an initial public offering price of $15.00 per share. In addition, Neos has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 720,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price. The shares of Neos' common stock are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on July 23, 2015 under the ticker symbol "NEOS." The offering is expected to close on July 28, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.
