Gilk has been named President of Applied Industrial Technologies – Canada (Applied Canada). In this position, he will be responsible for continued growth and strategic execution across all of the Company’s Canadian businesses.

Prior to joining Applied Canada, Mr. Gilk was Vice President, Sales – Hydraulics Group, Americas Region for Eaton Corporation. His career at Eaton spans more than 20 years with demonstrated success in various sales, marketing and project management positions. Previous to his service at Eaton, he served at Westinghouse Electric Corporation. Mr. Gilk holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from South Dakota State University and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
