Digital Transformation in the Energy Industry is a four-day multitrack conference hosted by The Open Group that will cover several IoT-focused topics. Highlights of the event will include details around the update to the latest TOGAF® standard, an Internet of Things workshop, presentations by The Open Process Automation™ Forum, exploring common themes of digital practice, an ArchiMate® 3 Foundation training course and exploring how organizations are using the IT4IT™ Reference Architecture standard.
Process Industries like Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power Generation and Distribution, Pulp and Paper, etc. are facing the opportunity to move their in-plant technologies to the next generation of Process Control Architecture. Led by ExxonMobil, The Open Group formed the Open Process Automation™ Forum a little over a year ago to take advantage of these burgeoning opportunities.
