Under the plan, the company may repurchase shares of its common stock through open market or privately negotiated transactions based on prevailing market conditions and other factors. Since the inception of the share repurchase plan, the company has repurchased approximately 1 million shares of its common stock at an aggregate cost of approximately $4.8 million.
