Ocwen Financial Corporation Announces Fourth Quarter and 2004 Net Income
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Jan. 27, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Ocwen Financial Corporation (NYSE:OCN) today reported net income for the fourth quarter of 2004 of $4.1 million or $0.07 per share compared to net income of $4.5 million or $0.07 per share for the fourth quarter of 2003. For the year ended December 31, 2004 the Company reported net income of $59.2 million or $0.90 per share as compared to $4.8 million or $0.07 per share in the same period in 2003. Net income for 2004 includes a net tax benefit of $30.8 million, primarily reflecting the partial reversal of the deferred tax asset valuation allowance that was established in prior years. Pre-tax income in 2004 was $28.2 million as compared to $5.0 million last year.
Vitrolife Receives Product Approval in USA

The product is the first of its kind that contains synthetically manufactured albumin instead of albumin purified from blood, which increases safety and simplifies handling. LAX and Ontario International Post Higher Passenger Volumes in 2004; LAX's Growth Rate Highest Since 1978; ONT Sets Passenger Record
LOS ANGELES, Jan. 27, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Airport officials today announced that in 2004, Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) posted its highest rate of increase in passengers since 1978 and Ontario International Airport (ONT) served a record number of travelers. Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), the City of Los Angeles department that owns and operates LAX, ONT and two other Southern California airports, released year-end statistics showing LAX served 60,688,609 passengers in 2004, strongly rebounding by 10.4 percent from the previous year's total of 54,982,838 passengers. The growth rate at LAX in 2004 was the largest year-over-year increase since 1978, when airline industry deregulation began and reversed three consecutive years of lower volumes.

Ruby Mining Company Begins Construction of Restoration Laboratory
ATLANTA, Jan. 27, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Ruby Mining Company (OTCBB:RUBM), conducting operations through its subsidiary, Admiralty Corporation (Admiralty), announced today that construction has begun on a restoration laboratory to manage the artifacts which may be recovered at C Shoal in the Pedro Bank. An agreement has been reached with the Jamaican Coast Guard to build a two story building within the Coast Guard base in Port Royal, Jamaica. The building was designed by Jamaican Coast Guard engineers and the top floor will be utilized as a barracks for Jamaican Coast Guard personnel serving guard duty. The bottom floor will house the restoration laboratory. The active guard station will be on the ground floor utilizing the front porch of the building.
