(50% owned by Eastmain) has entered into an agreement with Western Uranium Corporation (TSX-V:WUC) to sell its prospecting permits and mineral claims located in the Thelon basin of Nunavut and the Northwest Territories. Pursuant to the terms of a letter agreement between Ruby Hill and Western Uranium, Ruby Hill will acquire 1.1 million shares of Western Uranium in exchange for its Thelon properties. Completion of the acquisition, which is expected to occur on or before April 26, 2006, is subject to satisfactory due diligence in respect of the exploration rights, and receipt of all applicable regulatory approvals.

EMS Technologies Selected to Build Space Electronics for National Security Space Program
ATLANTA, April 12, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- EMS Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:ELMG) announced today that its Defense and Space Systems division has been awarded a contract by an undisclosed U.S. prime contractor to build electronics for a U.S. Department of Defense satellite program. The contract award calls for EMS to build an undisclosed quantity of units that will find a home in national security space applications. The contract provides for engineering necessary to address parts obsolescence and manufacturing process issues and to 'build-to-print' the units previously manufactured by EMS Technologies for similar programs. The 24-month contract was valued at approximately $9 million. Additional quantities, valued at approximately $4 million, are expected to be ordered later this year.
