Actual reported earnings for the current quarter were 28 cents per diluted share compared to actual reported earnings for the June 2004 quarter of 20 cents per diluted share. Reported earnings for the year ended June 30, 2005 were $1.11 per diluted share, a 34% increase when compared to $0.83 of reported earnings for the prior fiscal year.

Each unit is comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant exercisable at $1.50 per share.
