LAS VEGAS, Dec. 2, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Public Company Management Corporation (OTCBB:PUBC) today announced it has signed a contract with Gourmet Express, Inc. to provide SB-2 securities registration services and aim to obtain an OTCBB listing for the common stock of Gourmet Express, Inc. Under the terms of the contract, PUBC will collect $75,000 in cash fees and a block of 500,000 shares of Gourmet Express, Inc. common stock. Through the SB-2 securities registration solution offered by PUBC, Gourmet Express will be able to become a publicly traded company in a U.S. Capital Markets venue and offer registered securities for sale in an effort to raise capital.

Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations for the quarter and year were $1.17 and $3.45, respectively, up 50% and 28%, respectively, over the year ago periods. Diluted earnings per share for the quarter and year were $1.12 and $3.26, respectively. Return on invested capital for 2004 was 9.26%.
