BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Oct. 28, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Moore-Handley, Inc. (Nasdaq:MHCO), a Birmingham-based distributor of hardware and home center products, reported net income of $53,000 or $0.03 per diluted share for the quarter ended September 30, 2002 vs. $155,000 or $0.09 per diluted share for the same period in 2001.

Dobson Communications Announces Third Quarter Customer Additions
OKLAHOMA CITY, Oct. 28, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Dobson Communications Corporation (Nasdaq:DCEL) reported today that net subscriber additions for the third quarter ended September 30, 2002 were approximately 14,300, compared with approximately 26,600 net subscribers for the same period last year. These totals do not include net subscriber additions for American Cellular Corporation, which is jointly owned by Dobson and AT&T Wireless.
