NorthStar Realty Finance Announces 2005 Third Quarter Results
NEW YORK, Nov. 8, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. (NYSE:NRF) today announced its results for the quarter ended September 30, 2005. The Company reported Adjusted Funds from Operations (AFFO) of $7.9 million in the third quarter of 2005, or $0.29 per share, compared to $3.3 million, or $0.13 per share, for the second quarter of 2005. The Company generated revenues of $17.6 million in the third quarter of 2005 compared to $14.2 million in the second quarter of 2005, as adjusted for discontinued operations. Net income for the third quarter of 2005 was $4.8 million, or $0.23 per share, compared to $1.2 million, or $0.06 per share in the second quarter, excluding an $8.6 million gain on the sale of an asset, or $0.41 per share.
