NEW YORK, Jan. 30, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ Stock Market announced today that it will delist the ordinary shares of Backweb Technologies, Ltd. Backweb Technologies' stock was suspended on January 26, 2007 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
