SHARES SUBSCRIBED WITH A WARRANTS IN VAISALA CORPORATION

In July, 2001 a total of 7 000 Vaisala A-shares have been subscribed
with the warrants attached to the Bond Loan with Warrants issued in
1997. The subscription price is, in accordance with the Terms and
Conditions of the Bond Loan with Warrants, EUR 11,54. The subscription
period for the A warrants began on the 1st of December in 1999.
