Jorma Terentjeff, Chairman of the Board of Incap and Industrial Counsellor, has made financial arrangements in his proprietorships for family reasons through which he sold yesterday a total of 1 161 700 Incap shares to Irish Life International Limited. Through this sale agreement, his percentage of Incap shares and votes decreased from 12.0% to 2.5%.
However, Terentjeff's role in Incap remains unchanged. "I trust in the success of Incap and I am still strongly committed to develop the company. My role as Chairman of the Board continues in a previous manner," Jorma Terentjeff says.
After the trade, the ten biggest owners and their percentage of shares and votes are as follows:
