Ian Plenderleith to leave AS Tallinna Vesi
Ian Plenderleith, Chief Financial Officer and member of Management Board, has
indicated that he has taken the decision to leave AS Tallinna Vesi at the end of
August 2007 after almost three years in the role.
Roch Chéroux, Chairman of the Management Board, said:
“Ian has made an outstanding contribution and will leave Tallinna Vesi in a
stronger position than when he arrived.
He has established a firm financial foundation for the company and was
thoroughly involved in the listing of the Company in June 2005. He has worked
closely and successfully with the Management Team of the Company on strategic
and operational matters.
The search for a replacement is under way and we are pleased that Ian will stay
until the end of August to accompany his successor into the role.
On behalf of the Board and all his colleagues, I thank Ian for all he has done
for the Company and wish him well in the future.”
Ian Plenderleith will return to a senior financial position in the head office
of United Utilities. United Utilities (Tallinn) BV has a 35.3% stake in Tallinna
Vesi.
