Pursuant to section 29 of Danish Securities Trading Act, FirstFarms A/S hereby
announces to have received information from Farm Invest Holding A/S,
Flintebakken 75, DK-8240 Risskov, CVR-number 29 79 21 19, that the company has
been liquidated by a solvent liquidation and that the shares have been divided
between the shareholders in Farm Invest Holding A/S.
Farm Invest Holding A/S owned at the time of liquidation 6,45 % of the shares in
FirstFarms A/S but is due to the above no longer shareholder in the company.
