DCF Fund (II) Baltic States informed the Executive Board of AS Premia Foods about the acquisition of 144 249 shares of AS Premia Foods on 8th of September 2010 increasing its stake in the share capital of AS Premia Foods to 10,1305%. After the transaction, DCF Fund (II) Baltic States owns 3 918 769 shares of AS Premia Foods which represent 10,1305% of all shares with voting rights in the general assembly of AS Premia Foods. Before the above mentioned transaction, DCF Fund (II) Baltic States owned 3 774 520 shares of AS Premia Foods representing 9,7576% of the share capital of AS Premia Foods.
