Dates defined for Enea’s redemption program

STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 26, 2013 –The dates for the redemption program approved
at the Annual General Meeting on 10 April 2013 has now been defined.
Each Enea share will be split into two shares, of which one will be named
redemption share. The redemption share will be automatically redeemed at SEK
3.00 in cash. The redemption procedure is automatic and requires no action from
the shareholder.

  · Last day for trading and entitlement to redemption shares is June 27, 2013.
  · Record date for the share split and entitlement to redemption shares is July
2, 2013.
  · Trading in redemption shares will take place on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm July 4
– 17, 2013.
  · Payment is to be settled on July 25, 2013.
