An agreement has been reached today with Kverneland Bil AS on the sale of Bilia’s dealerships for Volvo and Ford in Stavanger. The deal is conditional on approval by the Swedish Competition Authority and the date of possession will be 1 January 2015.
The deal will have the following estimated effects on the Bilia Group:
- The purchase consideration amounts to approximately SEK 70 M.

Capital employed will be reduced by around SEK 40 M and the net borrowings
will fall by about SEK 44 M. - The sale profit before tax is estimated to around SEK 4 M.
- The turnover will be reduced by around SEK 290 M.
- The profit per share is marginally affected.
