In continuation of company announcement 8/2016 of 30 June 2016, we can hereby inform that 5 bond owners have chosen to convert their bonds into FirstFarms shares with effect from 2 January 2017.
The 5 bond owners represent in total DKK 3,901,099 corresponding to 91,187 shares. A capital increase of DKK 911,870 corresponding to 91,187 shares of DKK 10 is thus carried out. The company's new share capital will hereafter constitute DKK 48,034,280.
