In connection with the restructuring of the company Havila Shipping ASA (the «company»), Arion Bank hf has today been allocated 157,894,737 warrants in the company which (to the extent exercised) correspond to 11.6 % of the issued share capital and votes in the company. Arion Bank hf does not hold any shares in the company. The consideration for shares issued by exercise of the warrants shall be NOK 0.156 per share. Exercise of the warrants may take place from and including the day falling two years after 28 February 2017 and including 5 years calculated from 4 January 2017.
