no 70/17 Upcoming variable Clearing Fee changes


Please be informed that Nasdaq Commodities will, effective from January 2, 2018, introduce the following variable clearing fee changes for the Nordic Electricity Futures and DS Futures Contracts.

 

Variable Clearing Fees – Nordic Electricity Futures and DS Futures Contracts:

  • Clearing Fee Nordic Electricity – New Clearing fees will be as follows:

 

Cleared volume in most recent quarter Clearing fee
0-3 TWh 0.0099 EUR/MWh
3-8 TWh 0.0088 EUR/MWh
8-15 TWh 0.0076 EUR/MWh
15-25 TWh 0.0059 EUR/MWh
25-50 TWh 0.0048 EUR/MWh
>50 TWh 0.0041 EUR/MWh

 

  • Small Clearing Customer Fee – The fixed volume fee for Small Clearing Customers will be changed to 0.0175 EUR/MWh.

Further, without impact on any fees, the Fee List has been reviewed with clarifying text regarding market data, the new naming convention of Clearing Agents / Direct Clearing Clients and the phase out of CW2.
