Bilia has signed a declaration of intent to purchase Sweden’s largest Hyundai dealership company, Haglund & Hellberg, which has operations in Haninge, Nacka and Sätra in southern Stockholm.
“Hyundai is a very exciting brand, with clear ambitions and growing customer demand,” says Jan Pettersson, Managing Director of Bilia AB.
“This move forms part of the Group’s goal-oriented drive to have the most satisfied customers in the car business. Hyundai is well suited to this strategy on account of its comprehensive quality work, which was recently instrumental in securing top ranking for the brand in the J.D. Power study in the United States,” Jan Pettersson concludes.
The company Haglund & Hellberg Bil AB has a turnover of approximately SEK 175 million and an operating margin of 1.7 per cent.
