Bilia AB has concluded negotiations with the owners of Haglund & Hellberg Bil in Haninge AB, Sweden’s largest Hyundai dealer. An agreement to acquire all the shares in this company has been signed.
As has already been announced, this acquisition is dependent on approval in accordance with competition legislation.
