Baltika's consolidated net sales in August totalled 101.3 million kroons and increased by 30% compared to August previous year. Retail sales grew 52% yoy and wholesale decreased 25% yoy. As of the end of August, Baltika Group had 125 stores with total sales area of 23,270 square metres. In August the Group opened stores in Estonia and Ukraine. In Estonia, the first Ivo Nikkolo store featuring the new store concept was opened. One store was closed in August and one relocated to larger premises. Cumulative eight month sales of Baltika amounted to 727 million kroons (+36% yoy), including retail sales of 607 million kroons (+43%) and wholesale of 104 million kroons (+5%).
