Baltika's consolidated net sales in October totalled 106.6 million kroons and increased by 13% compared to October previous year. Retail sales grew 23% yoy and wholesale decreased 32% yoy. At the end of October, Baltika Group had 127 stores with a total sales area of 24,001 square metres. In October, one store was opened in Ukraine and another in the Czech Republic. The latter represents launching a new market for the Group. On October 25, a nearly 500 square metre Monton store was opened at the Palladium shopping centre in Prague. Palladium is the newest shopping and business centre in Prague, the Czech Republic. This year, Baltika plans to open two more stores in Latvia. Cumulative ten month sales of Baltika amounted to 951 million kroons (+33% yoy), including retail sales of 797 million kroons (+41%) and wholesale of 134 million kroons (-2%).
