ACQUISITION OF WORKSHOP IN HAMMARBY WILL NOT TAKE PLACE
A press release dated 1 March 2011 announced that an agreement had been reached with AB Wilhelm Kindwall to acquire the company’s workshop business in Hammarby and take possession in April 2011. The agreement was conditional on the approval of the parties’ boards of directors. The acquisition will not take place due to the fact that the seller’s board of directors did not approve it.
