Based on the recently announced information about the Trifork Holding AG acquisition of a major stake of shares in Trifork A/S and the expectation that an Offer document will be published in the beginning of week 4, Trifork want to invite all shareholders to attend an information meeting. At the meetings there will be an opportunity to ask questions and get guidance on the further process.
