David Harper and David Scholz Join Healthcare Advisory Board

Harper is a Healthcare Financial Consultant with more than 35 years of experience delivering improved financial operations through greater fiscal discipline and responsibility to the healthcare industry. Harper has served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Covenant Healthcare System, Inc., in Milwaukee, WI, and was responsible for the overall financial direction, strategy and operations at Greater Hudson Valley Health System, Inc., Horton Medical Center (Orange Regional), and Caritas Christi Healthcare System.
