Transparency regulation


 
In accordance with the law of May 2, 2007 concerning the publication of major shareholdings in issues whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market and the Royal decree of February 14, 2008 on the notification of important shareholdings, Banimmo s.a. gives information concerning the notification threshold, the company capital and the number of voting rights.
 
In accordance with article 18, §1 of the Act, the articles of incorporation of Banimmo s.a. stipulate an additional statutory threshold of 3% for transparency notifications.

About Banimmo
Banimmo, a real estate company for repositioning and redevelopment, acquires buildings that have a high potential for redevelopment in order to re-sell them after transformation.
