Conversion of A-shares into B-shares

In accordance with Section 3 of the Company's By-Laws 47,000 A-shares have been converted into 47,000 B-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on August 17, 2000. After the conversion there are 34,518,547 A-shares and 32,999,874 B-shares in the company.
