It is now less than two months until Norsk Hydro ASA plans to release it's preliminary full year results. In the period up to February 12, 2001 there are restrictions on repurchase of shares. Since November 2 this year, the company has repurchased 2,041,466 shares. The shares were bought under the decision by the company's General Assembly on April 26, 2000, which gave the company the authority to repurchase up to 5 million shares within an 18-month period.
The total holding of company shares is now 6,689,477 shares.
